Dayo has over 15 year’s cognate experience in the insurance industry. He has experience in Reinsurance, General underwriting and Special risks. He is currently Head – Reinsurance, Statistics & Analytics of the Non-Life business of AIICO Insurance Plc. Prior to joining AIICO Insurance Plc, Dayo has worked in Old Mutual Nigeria General Insurance as Head, Reinsurance & Underwriting, Zenith General Insurance as the pioneer Head of Reinsurance and Universe Reinsurance Co. Ltd, where he started his insurance career.

He is a Chartered Insurer and has over thirteen years post ACIIN qualification experience. Dayo is a graduate of Geography from university of Ilorin with Second class Upper and he graduated as the Best Student in the department. He equally has a Master of Business Administration from University of Lagos and Master of Risk Management with Distinction from the same University.

Dayo has been involved in the design and management of reinsurance portfolio of several companies. He has facilitated several courses in Reinsurance and Risk Management which includes Reinsurance purchase design, pricing and optimisation, Risk analysis and Cession Management, Reinsurance technical accounting etc.

Dayo enjoy learning, reading, writing, meeting people and solving problems. I love playing football, table tennis and listening to good music. He is happily married with children.
